   Zi Medspa provides medical spa treatments, cosmetic services, and wellness offerings. Services are available by appointment only and may require a consultation to determine suitability. By booking, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your health and personal details.

   All treatments and services are performed by licensed professionals under the supervision of our medical director. Results may vary, and Zi Medspa makes no guarantees of specific outcomes. Services provided are elective and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

   Appointments must be scheduled in advance. A cancellation fee may apply if canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling.

4. Payments & Refunds

   Payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing options. Prepaid packages, treatments, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Privacy & Communications

   Your personal information is kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA and our Privacy Policy. By providing your contact information, you agree to receive appointment reminders, service updates, promotions, and other communications via phone, email, or text. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP to text messages or unsubscribing from emails.

6. Promotions & Discounts

   Promotional offers, specials, and discounts cannot be combined unless stated. All promotions are subject to change without notice and may have expiration dates or usage limits.

7. Liability Waiver

   By receiving treatment, you acknowledge and accept potential risks associated with elective procedures. Zi Medspa, its providers, and affiliates are not liable for any adverse effects or complications beyond the standard of care.
